Product Claims & Health Disclaimer
NICOTINE POUCHES ARE SUBJECT TO EXHIBITION PROHIBITIONS
On April 1, 2021, new laws came into force for the sale of tobacco products and tobacco surrogates. This means that nicotine pouches are subject to the same display ban as ordinary cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and e-liquids.
It is not legal to exhibit the products or show them in pictures, in addition, you may not use pictures, signs, banners, flyers, etc. that aim to market the product – this applies both in physical stores and online. Due to the exhibition ban, House of Pouches is therefore not permitted to show pictures of our products on our website.
NICOTINE POUCHES AND HEALTH WARNING LABELLING
From July 1, 2021, all packages (tobacco surrogates) produced after this date must carry health warnings in line with those found in tobacco products and e-cigarettes. After 1 April 2022, it will no longer be legal to sell products without these health warnings. You will therefore see all our packages with nicotine pouches in an updated design.
